Navigating the Digital Landscape: How media consumption affects advertising strategies
Charlie has over 15 years experience as a marketing strategist, product development manager, and interactive consultant. He attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and has helped such brands as United HealthCare, headhunter.net (careerbuilder.com), Bailey, Banks & Biddle, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and the National Restaurant Association with strategic marketing and advertising.
In addition to helping brands through smart advertising campaigns, he provides educational training to publishers through presentations on the digital spectrum and how to provide true ROI to their advertisers and agency clients. He is a frequent public speaker at advertising industry events and business conferences.
Charlie started Broad Street Interactive, Inc. in 2007. He was awarded an “Austin Big Wig” award by the Austin Ad Federation in 2010 and nominated for two awards by the group in 2011. He serves on the board of the Austin Ad Federation and the Austin Interactive Marketing Association. He also lends his time and talents to provide digital advertising services to non profit organizations in Austin and Charleston and is a frequent guest lecturer at the College of Charleston’s advertising and communications classes.
