2010 ADDY® Awards to be presented February 20

The gala ADDY Awards Show is your chance to see the best Lake Charles advertising from 2009 and honor those who created it.

The Isle of Capri Event Center will go tropical for this year's theme, "ADDYs in Paradise: On Location in Margaritaville." The dress is "island/beach," and guests will have a chance to view all the ADDY entries (5:00 p.m.) before dinner (7:00) and the awards cerremony (7:30).

Award categories include television, radio, newspaper, magazine, outdoor, brochures, posters, annual reports, newsletters, direct mail, Web sites, interactive, public service, illustration, photography, music and many other forms of advertising. Entries can win a gold ADDY, a silver award or a bronze award. Top entries are named "Best of Show" and may receive Special Judges' Awards.
